There are so many different ways to arrive at the home page for an interesting project here on java.net. To help you find the project you are looking for or to retrace your steps to rediscover a project that piqued your interest, you can list the projects alphabetically, by community, by topic, or by downloadable executables. You can pull out only those that are hosted here on java.net or look for the special "linked" symbol to identify those projects that are hosted on other sites. We are particularly proud of those projects that began in our incubator and have matured into successful projects and are listed as incubator graduates.

This project hosts plugins to assist in deployment of Identity Manager.

Open Directory Service (OpenDS)
OpenDS is an open source community project building a free and comprehensive next generation directory service. OpenDS is designed to address large deployments, to provide high performance, to be highly extensible, and to be easy to deploy, manage, and monitor.

Open Web Single Sign On (opensso)
The Open Web SSO Project provides a crucial identity service that can be incorporated broadly into Java applications to enable more comprehensive security and seamless integration points with other proprietary and standards based identity services. All Java applications require identity based authentication and single sign-on capabilities, and the availability of open source code that provides these functions will lead to broad adoption of the technology in the Java community.

OpenPTK - Open Source Provisioning ToolKit (openptk)
OpenPTK is an open source Provisioning Toolkit exposing API's, Web Services, HTML Taglibs, portlets with user self-service and administration examples. The architecture supports several pluggable back-end services including Sun's Identity Manager, Sun's Access Manager and LDAPv3.
