Daniel deOliveira is a Java developer and instructor for deafs in Brasilia, capital of Brazil. He is the founder and has been the JUG Leader for more than five years, of Brasilia Java Users Group - www.dfjug.org, the second largest JUG in the world, with 6,000 members. He is a book writer and wrote articles about Java books in his column at Java Magazine (brazilian version). He is interested in Communities of Practice - CoP, or in other words, the dinamics of Java Users Groups.
